hello i have question:
i have code this in python:

Write Radius : 15
Write AB : 30
Write CD : 18
20.125

Write Radius : 9454
Write AB : 9666
Write CD : 2193
1130.655

Write Radius : 3047
Write AB : 4348
Write CD : 4864
3496.651

the main problem is.. when i type in i get error... can anyone explain why*? numbers i am sure numbers are correct..

can someone help me out?

the exact string is Radius of A = 9508; CD = 1449; AB = 9759 ->BC = 775.756 or BC = 775.756 ??

Two strings are showing the incorrect string. my fomular is is incorrect? in case(radius 15, AB=30,CD 18), the result is 20.125.

hmmm. something wrong???

Length of AB = 9939
Length of CD = 2304


BC = 5616.365 .... is that right? but the response showed incorrect string. what is wrong???

you need to recheck i used this the exact string is Radius of A = 9508; CD = 1449; AB = 9759 ->BC = 775.756 (is wrong) I got 776.236

Radius of A = 4589
Length of AB = 9939
Length of CD = 2304

i got 5616.365 which was correct.

is wrong. hi neoxquick. i PM to u. my source code for kite quadrilateral side length. would u PM to me the your code of measuring length.

BC = 2423.040 is that string is wrong ??

in python and java script, the oupputs are difficult.

the above output is derived from javascripit. the string is incorrect??

success.. the number is correct string....hmmm plz correct the Q.. Still i wonder why the differece between the outputs of java and python????

I cannot say for sure why they have different output but let me explainsome theories. The theories can be wrong, though. I did not see the source code and I do not work with both languange often.

1. There could be a Round-off error. I cannot say for sure but it could be possible that one of the languages does a type cast earlier or later than the other and therefore you have a loose of precision which will finally end up in a wrong result. http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E19957-01/806-3568/ncg_goldberg.htmldberg.html

2. Javascript has a "weak typesystem" (or lets say another typesystem than python). That means in an unformel way everything can become everything. You deal there with typecasting from int to double. I think because of the special typesystem of JS it is even possible to write valid Non alphanumeric JavaScript code.
