Welcome to the new and improved, revamped SecurityOverride.com website.

This site is a merger of two sites: SecurityOverride and Hacking Vs. Security. Together we now offer you more content, more functions, more features and more hacking challenges. Our main goals are to help you develop your penetration testing skills, and to help you prevent security attacks in the future.

We now have a Bugtracker to help us all report and fix any issues that may come up on the site.
So please submit any feature requests / mods / or bugs to the Bugtracker this will help the Security Override staff divide and conquer. This is also handy because I'm very forgetful. So if you have brought up an issue in the past that has not been fixed yet please submit it to Bugtracker and also any new issues.

The Bugtracker is located here http://securityoverride.com/infusions/roadmap/roadmap.phpoadmap.php and also there is link in the navbar under SecurityOverride.

Please don't be shy about submitting bug's even little ones all the staff is very O.C.D. about the site and would like to now every little thing that needs fixing.

We've promised some new features. One that we've been working on for a very long time now is a Gmail and FaceBook style chat system, making communication much easier. Today I am proud to unveil our current progress on the system.

Please remember that the chat system is still under development. It may be ripped from the site occasionally, for maintenance purposes, but it will be put back up after the maintenance is finished.

Also note that the chat system is in BETA. We may restrict the use of the chat system at a later time, limit messages per day, and so on. But for now the chat system is completely unrestricted.

One last thing to note is that you can chat with ANY user AT THIS TIME. We are working on only allowing you to chat with people on your "Buddies" list.

We spent a good hour or so editing the basic 13 code, so that it would function much more realistically.

A cool addition we made to the simulated challenge is a more realistic input environment, and the inputs are not nearly as restricted as they normally are with simulated challenges.

We will be working on improving the other challenges in the same way as soon as possible, as they need the improvements as well.

We finally have been able to port basic 13 from the old wordpress site over to the new site!

The second new video, SQL Column Truncation Vonrablity, submitted by CrashOverron teaches how to exploit an sql column truncation vulnerability.
